About
RPB-USA is a yearly event held on the first Saturday of February, a special leadership initiative with focus on Rededication and Praying for Rwanda post-genocide and sharing its cultural values while advancing Christian support for Rwanda. Its primarily focus is to support women and children’s education and help provide clean water in rural provinces of Rwanda. The RPB-USA has taken place since 2001 and has been often held at DoubleTree by Hilton hotel in Silver Spring, Maryland. Hosted by its members, the attendance is around 350 to 500 guests, including Rwandans in Diaspora, Rwandan delegation, and friends of Rwanda from over 45 countries.
The RPB-USA is a nonprofit organization under the laws of the State of Maryland with exclusively charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(C)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. It is supported by voluntary contributions and grants from individuals and organizations.

ANTOINETTE KANYABUTEMBO
Antoinette Kanyabutembo, U.S. national (origin from Rwanda), President and Founder of Rwanda Prayer banquet USA (RPB-USA) holds a degree of Master of Science Management from the University of Maryland, Global Campus (UMGC), USA. She has worked with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) from 1999 to 2020, and presently working full time with the RPB-USA.
Pastor Olvis Paul Matabaro
Pastor Olvis Paul Matabaro took charge as Vice-President of Rwanda Prayer Banquet USA on August 1, 2020. He joined the organization in 2012 to develop and support the organization’s tenants and the wider nonprofit community; to support their growth, ensure compliance and encourage its best practices. Pastor Paul is Senior pastor and founder of Jesus Saves International Ministries since 2011. He woks as the Maintenance Manager at Challenger Transportation Inc.
Immaculee Bishagara
Immaculee Bishagara serves as Treasurer/Coordinator of Rwanda Prayer Banquet USA. She works as Independent Linguistic Contractor and has a Degree in Business Management.
