Ambassador Mathilde Mukantabana
Ambassador of Rwanda to the United States of America, Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina. Ambassador Mukantabana has been a remarkable supporter of the Rwanda Prayer Banquet and the broader community of Rwandan Diaspora.

Ambassador Kirabo Aisa Kacyira
High Commissioner of Rwanda to Ghana. She was the former Deputy Executive Director and Assistant Secretary General of UN Habitat from 2011 to 2018. Dr. Kacyira was the Governor of the Eastern Province of Rwanda, the largest province with a population of 2.5 million.

Keynote Speaker: Apostle A. Migonne Kabera
Founder of Women Foundation Ministries (since 2006), and Senior Pastor at Noble Family Church (since 2015). She’s married with three children. She has been serving God for over 20 years and is indeed a woman of noble character. She is a devoted preacher and teacher of the word of God. She is a prophet, professional counselor, and successful entrepreneur. The love she portrays is incredible, she feeds and supports those in need and has developed many initiatives relating to women and girls’ empowerment, ‘Ishami school, Community kitchen, Thanksgiving in Action, All Women Together, Annual Conference, Counseling and Therapy services, Youth programs, etc. She is an exemplary, prominent a visionary leader. She teaches the Word of God and clearly elaborates it, lives it, an applies it in everyday life.

Keynote Speaker: Bishop Darlingston Johnson
Presiding Bishop of Harvest Intercontinental Ministries Unlimited, a global organization which has planted more than 450 churches, schools, ministries, and radio stations in over 25 nations. He is the Senior Pastor of Harvest Intercontinental Church in Olney, Maryland, a multicultural congregation of 1,600 members from over 45 nations. Bishop Johnson is also the Founding International Chairman of the Interdenominational College of Charismatic Bishops and Apostolic Overseers. He is married to Pastor Chrys Johnson, M.A., his partner in life and ministry. They have a daughter and three grandchildren.
